When I got together with, designer Peta Farago, producer Maggie Scardifield and Food stylist Jerrie-Joy Redman-Lloyd to brainstorm making a new Australian cooking show, we had one non-negotiable: we would never go hungry. With decades spent working in production and publishing between us, we set out to create a food series that fed us in more ways than one. It would be relaxed and relatable. Made for mates; with great food, approachable technique, original music, exacting design and an editorial eye.
